Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bites

I have been trying the different types of cookie dough candy from Taste of Nature.
And I thought, "Why not take a few weeks to write about them?".
As I wrote two lines ago, they are made by Taste of Nature.
The candy is basically different types of cookie dough dipped in chocolate.

The first one I tried was peanut butter cookie dough.
As you might know, I really like peanut butter.
The packaging is kind of basic, which is a shame really.
Basically, blue/yellow and a hand drawn jar of peanut butter.
I do not know why, but I like that jar.

They do not really smell all that much like peanut butter.
Might be the chocolate cover.
And there is something weird about the taste.
It is more coconut than peanut butter.
It is a bit disappointing really.
This could be so much better.
Maybey next week will have a better flavour.

M&M's Coconut

I was gonna book a trip to a tropical island.
But then, I changed my mind and bought these instead.
Coconutflavoured M&M's.
What do you think, did I make a great deal or what?

This is pretty far from their normal flavours.
But hey, so was the carrot cake ones.
I think the bag is very lovely.
White, with even whiter dots.
And a green tropical isle female M&M.

The M&M's come in three colours.
White, brown and green.
Representing the three stages of a coconut (I guess).

They have a deep smell of coconut eminating from them.
It is like when you open a can of coconut milk.
And the smell goes straight to your nose.

I do not know if the different colours are supposed to taste different.
But I do not think so.
They taste a lot like coconut.
Almost to much.
If I did not know that they are artificially flavoured.
I would think that there was actual coconut in them.

M&M's White Chocolate Carrot Cake [Limited Edition]

I never thought I would see the day, when there would be M&M's with carrot cake filling.
But alas, it is Easter, and here they are.
I see what they did here.
At Easter, there are Easter bunnies.
And bunnies eat carrots.
And in human terms, that makes carrot cake?
It seems like a weird combination.
But I like carrot cake, so why not?

The packaging is sexy, in a way an M&M packaging could be considered sexy.
And features the green female M&M with bunny ears.
It also has a nice yellow Easter color.
And of course, lots of text proclaiming the artificial flavors.
Like we would believe they crammed carrot cakes into those tiny M&M's.

The M&M's are based on white chocolate and comes in yellow, green and red pastel colors.
Upon opening the bag, you are treated to a deep smell of carrot cake.
Yes, it actually smells like carrot cake.
But, I do not know if the inside of the bag has gotten a scent boost.
Because each individual M&M does not smell that much.
Still, it is a nice smell.

The taste, well... They taste kind of like carrot cake.
I am not used to carrot cake with this much cinnamon in it.
It still is av very cake like taste and I like it.
Sadly, after a few pieces, the white chocolate starts to take over.

Happy Easter to all of you!

Maxim Café Menu Oreo

Oreoflavoured coffe?
Go ahead and take my money.
Maxim and Oreo decided to put their best minds together and they came up with this.
Small pouches of joy.

All you have to do is boil some water.
Pour the water in a cup.
Open the pouch and add the powder to the water, Then stir.
What you are left with is a bubbly café latte.

I think that the packaging has managed to capture the Oreo spirit.
It has a nice blue colour palette. I really like it.

It has a nice smell of café latte but also of something else.
It is a nice smell.
But what about the taste?

It is sweet, so sweet. To sweet.
I can not taste anything resembling Oreo.
It is simply to sweet.
It is a shame really.
This could have been som much better.

Rusti Chips Sirtaki Tzatziki Flavour [Limited Edition]

March is two weeks in, and still no post from this blog?
That is bad, very bad.
So why not write about potato chips with tzatziki flavouring?

What is that you say?
That sounds like a good idea?
Well All-righty-then.

These are made by Rusti Chips, based in Germany.
I like greek food.
And I especially like a good Tzatziki to go with my greek food.

The round Pringles, sorry... Rusti Chips container is very neat.
The chips are being thrown at you by the greek flag.
There is also some ancient greek ruins pictured on the packaging.
Will these chips be the ruin of me?

For those of you that are interested, Sirtaki is a popular dance from greece.
So, if you are in the mood for dancing potato chips, these are for you.

Upon opening the container, you are greated with the strong smell of tzatziki.
And that is great, that is just what we want them to smell like.
The taste, is unfortunately a bit more tame.
It tastes more like garlic than tzatziki.
But they are still nice and would probably do nice as an add-on snack for your greek dinner.

7-Up Cherry

I am a huge fan of 7-Up.
It has a nice refreshing lemon/lime taste to it that makes it just perfect.
I prefer it to Sprite or other cheap versions.
I also am a huge fan of cherries.
Cherries are great, they have a round sweet taste that goes together with most things.
So naturally, I should like 7-Up Cherry?

First of all, I think they nailed it with the can.
I think it is perfect, nice cherry graphics and colours.
Therefore I was a bit disappointed that the beverage itself was not "cherry coloured".
I would really have liked it to to be that instead of just regular see-through coloured.

I was more thrilled to find out that it smells like cherries... A lot like cherries.
I love the smell of cherries.
It tastes lovely too.
A sweet taste of cherries mixed with the regular taste of lemon/lime.
Although this was a great beverage, I must say I prefer the original version.

Plopp Kärlek

Today is Valentine's day.
A time for love and togetherness or compulsive eating/gaming.

Plopp has been around since 1949 and the original flavour is chocolate filled with toffee.
It is a very nice and sweet piece of chocolate.
Now, there is a version that is suited for Valentine's.
Kärlek means love in Swedish.
It is toffee flavoured with raspberry jelly white truffles with bits of raspberry.

I am a bit disappointed with the smell.
It is a very chemical smell.

But the taste, the taste is very nice.
It is a mix of sweet raspberries and the thick flavour of truffles.
I do not know if the flavour is the flavour of love, but it is still nice.

I want to wish my sweet girlfriend a lovely Valentine's! Love you!
